Hi, my name is John Wilmot.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher and teach at all levels. I work with meditations and other modalities to help others empower themselves.

I am a qualified Aromatherapist and Meditation teacher and have worked in the holistic industry for over ten years. My real passion is seeing people experiencing how they can help themselves to feel and be better using relaxation, healing techniques, and meditation.
